Workplace health and safety is a priority for all companies, managers, and employees.
Legislative Decree 81/2008 (the Consolidated Law) revised previous legislation to create an organic structure for this topic, and also to integrate health and safety with the principles of Legislative Decree 231/2001.

The new decree introduced new management, responsibility, and supervisory aspects. Workplace health and safety obligations are tricky to manage as they are directly related to work activities risk prevention.
